Chris Spears-Bartunek is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified health coach through the National Society of Health Coaches. She has 16 years of experience providing mental health treatment for individuals of all ages. Since 1998 Chris has specialized in eating disorders and weight management.
Health coaching urges the individual to take action on the goals which they’ve identified are important to them. Together we ask, ‘What are the beliefs and challenges that are keeping me stuck?’ I find that while some of life’s major changes call for major leaps, many are comprised of a number of smaller steps.
